Upgrade to the Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 mobo and a i5 3570K if you can afford it. Also might want to step up the graphics card to something with 2GB of ram, i'm not sure though.

I figured you were using the wrong combat routine. For the record, if you get an issue like this again people will need to know the EXACT profile. not just "Queen" or "ZK". There's like 10 of each of those profiles and they are all different.
