I normally roll between 600-650k at lvl 100 on barb picking up 500+ stacks only.

used enchantress till para 95 with grand viz + mf/gf combo items. Switched to scoundrel for slight dps increase for me and got him to 17k dps with a few pieces sitting in bank

act 3 is best also because every mob is lvl 63 meaning every rare has best chance of rolling highest stats regardless of item lvl

if you are running act 3/4 or mp1+ any act you should pick up EVERYTHINGGGG(rare+)...read last patch notes!!!!!!!

I don't understand...am I missing something for why people don't pick up all rares+ now at least in act III+ or mp1+, i mean they all roll the same way regardless of item level...what am i missing???

Items can only go up to 25% movement speed. Some passives can push over 25% and some can't...so you're wasting an item slot if you're getting less stats to be at 36%(which scales down to 25%)
