The issues of Rooster71 and starnzl appear to either be issues with HB or the CC. Can not replicate the problems on my warrior using default CC so I am not 100%.

The nests are on similar timers to the rares that spawn in the same area I assume, I believe some are upwards of 8hrs. Just make sure you have RaptorCollector.cs plugin which is linked in the original post as you will not be able to loot the nests without it.
