You could also use the Wowhead client and upload your stuff to their site where it will populate a character and list most of completed/uncompleted quests fairly accurately.

You can document the profiles but all manually. Make note of the quests you do, the types of quests and the order. Then you can simply build your quest order list from your information and add the quest IDs from wowheads database.

I used "5mins" as a comparative to imply it just doesn't take long enough to justify messing around with addons. Indeed it is. It is just one of the reasons why addons are, in my opinion, not needed.

For those having issues with the plank, use the noboats version. I can not fix it without restricting access to the boats. Some people have said to blackspot the location underneath the plank but that is stupid because it accidentally falls off the plank, those people need to think about things...
