Well, you can use Crouch as Operative - e.g. for Explosive Probe but you don't need to.

I don't think that they will ban only every 2 month - they will ban every day since now.

Maybe its a problem with the name of your "games" folder or try a pc restart.

Did you redownload the new BW Version and deleted and updated the WingIt Folder?

Stay away from bots.... no srsly - there is no guide for not getting banned. You can only reduce the chance getting banned. Don't bot 24/7, use profile shedules etc.
