I've tried everything, followed all the instructions, I seem to not be the only one with this new issue today. I've posted a screen of the issue, need help :o.

I'm receiving the Same Issue when running a new install. I followed every instruction imaginable, including updating all my C++, and .Net frameworks. That file:/// looks odd to me, is something screwed up with the new update? EDIT: Also does Belphegor always run? Even if you are using Trinity?
