I had the same problems and offered log files already, I think they know their problem but the priority is lag/crashing and they didn't do a good job on communicating with customers

if you disable log, the bot can run longer, I can run the bot for hours without problems but I have to manually stash the items cz the stashing is not working. This becomes very annoying now.....
