Thank you for your help i was able to kill that session but now when i go to log on the bot crashes

After the new patch i can not log on and all that keep popping up is
Max Sessions
Authentication Failed!
What do i do?

After the new update i can not log on and all it say is Max sessions. Can someone help me with this?
