Ye it's all the correct settings according to your screenshot, copied the trinity.xml from the zip as a base as well and haven't touched them. I am running 4 barbs however and they all work for some time and then they suddenly stop casting WotB. Tried both with and without that autofollow plugin.

For some damned reason it stops casting Wrath of the Berserker randomly. I must say I have no clue what is going on.
