to be honest i use pretty much default settings, with standard Giles Routine, Only thing I changed was Item pickup settings! -

My demon hunter does act3 inferno mp2 no problem, dies about 3-4 times an hour..... i can do MP3 but dies about 6-8 times.... All u need is Life on hit and life steal! I have 50k HP 124k dps 14.99% lifesteal, 292 life on hit...12700 life globe.... he tanks hard! if you bid you can gear up for...
