If it is not overloaded server lag or your connection... this is how I do it: set all the d3 video settings to low/off, uncheck antialiasing, check low fx. limit FPS to 30. uncheck reflections, reduce resolution...ect. now you can run 4 windows without taxing your hardware to the limit...

Just delete everything but the "Settings" folder and you won't have to reconfigure anything.... -You need to delete everything else...then 1)unzip new demonbuddy 2)delete trinity folder 3)unzip new trinity 4)unzip adventurer 5)unzip any other plugins Don't waste your time with anything else.

Ice armor after death still does not seem to work after updating my folders today. Is it just me?

Thanks for fixing this. DMO wiz works great with .24 except for re-applying the ice armor after death.
