Whos botting 24/7?
Personally, I bot 1 hero only 5 to 6 hours /day. Even then I break up those 6 hours into 2 hour sessions. Even being this cautious, I'm still nervous of getting banned. -

Holy crap, that's impressive. I'm only at 15 second kills on T2 with my WD. Of course I'm only Paragon 111 and still wearing some rares. My base damage is 563,477. -

Are health pots ever used by the bot? I've been very close to death and it won't use my "Bottomless Potion of Kulle-Aid". If I'm watching, I have to manually press the "Q" key. -

Normal seems to work best for me. Ranged seemed to take quite a bit longer. Granted, I'm only doing T3 because I don't think my gear can handle anything bigger... yet. -
