Pretty sure the bot can't run a Tempest Rush properly, it can't keep TR up whilst reapplying sweeping winds etc, so it runs out of spirit quickly having to pay the initial cost for TR.

77K DPS with those items makes me think the rolls on them are garbage and you overpaid, things like Vile Wards are pretty bad unless you drop quite a bit of gold, a pair of Rares can get the same stats and have pickup radius etc for cheaper. Same goes for boots/belts which wil naturally net you...
