With the wiz spam setting on Giles plugin, is there a way to make it cast frost nova faster? My cooldowns finish instantaneously but there is a small delay in the time it casts frost nova which allows some ranged elites to get away and allows others to cast arcane/ice/etc, which wouldn't happen...
