Probably you'll have time to start and complete the pokedex again ;) I started one account (without bot) since 0 during the 1st ban-wave and I already have the 90% I heard that Trades are coming... but not idea, its just gossip.

I also use the "no immediate transfer", when I want to transfer I use the phone. Its always good to battle a little, win some coins to get more space for + inventory & pokemon.

Did you try with "a minor purschased without my permision"? I also said that "Niantic never answer the "tickets"... in 24hours they refunded everything.

I contacted with Apple Store yesterday and in 24hours they refunded all the purchases (from my main account), included one from early September ;) I said "somebody" minor did without my consent.

I didn't use the bot in the account since the 1st ban wave but I played with the account in the phone (only legal-way). Yes I have 2 new.. level 22 & 23. But I really miss my Dragonites :p

Today got another ban in an old account, level 31 :( Only have 1 level 29 and the new ones.

I have Windows 8.1 Enterprise and it works. Perhaps is a problem with the antivirus.... delete .exe

I made 2 new accounts when it started the ban-wave. I want to test some things... - on the 1st account (now level 20) I only catch pokemon, don't transfer, evolve, power up... just catch, when I need to delete pokemon I use the phone. - 2nd account (level 21) I catch, transfer, evolve...

The ban-wave continues... I lost another account right now.

There is a easy trick to solve this problem... a small piece of aluminium foil in the top of the phone. (you have to check where is the gps in your phone). You will never have the teleporting-home issue ;)

Pokefarmer and Lazymon are in the process of being updated to a new version. A side note for developers: Niantic still has the old API opened and I highly recommend to not use it as it'll flag your account to get banned. It's better to wait... or use useless accounts.

Probably you are right. Looting/Evolving/Transfering has to be... the bot do it different than the app so Niantic realized... but I did with several accounts, why 2 are banned another don't? :(
