it's not necessarily low spot only. perinoor ruins has a housing spot with height more than 600 (prob highest housing spot in the game) and it works fine there

ok well i tested the height log and plantitems plugins log showed 0 plantitems just ran to a spot near (but outside) the scarecrow garden and stood there did more test with the height log and it looks like the north part (with the housing) of caernord/ynystere (eastern continent) is bugged...
