Ok figured it out! Prismatic armor was set to use when not on cooldown, and apparently that completedly locked out the use of all other skills. Thanks for eveyone's help.

Tony, as I had mentioned I got the settings button to work, but the main problem is that the bot just runs up to the mobs and stands there taking hits till he dies.
