Do you have any reference to this? I could not find anything posted about a Diablo ban wave in recent days. Also how do you know these people used DB or TH? -

I had this exact issue. Lvl 5 Wizard stands still, and it took 20-30 secs before it moved. And very frequent disconnects. Disabling auto equip skill worked for me, performance up and no more disconnects.
