I had the same problem yesterday. Updated DemonBuddy to B355 using Trinity .18 and the issue was resolved. I believe it had to do with something the DB code.

Restart Diablo and DemonBuddy, this usually happens when something freaks out. Try reloading the profile too.

If you actually read what the log was saying, it's saying that it's taking the bot ~0.3-1 second(s) to execute it's commands. This is a lot of time and it's slowing down the botting. Therefor not working as intended... Now the question is, is the delay coming from DemonBuddy or Trinity...
