How to farm gold ? Paragon?
You can find your pickup settings under Plugins -> Trinity -> Config, there you can specify what item levels to pick up and whether to salvage. You can probably make a few million a day from essences, gems etc. At least doubling your damage shouldn't cost much more. I don't know if it's that bad...- MidnightRaver
