where is that setting? i am low lvl, lvling up. but that sounds like it he some times picks up potions and he gets gold from time to time but no blues rares or any thing

i have loot turned on or i have enabled combate looting open chest loot containers open chest destroy environment... its killing but its not runing around gathering any thing but gold that it walks over becuse its heading tords some thing else. where am i wrong and any ideas or sujestions on...
