Vit is additive to thorns. Just a flat increase X number. No multipling etc etc. Str multiplies your thorns. Str is literally CC and CD at the same time for this build. If Heart of Iron was still 500% there would be reason to get X vit based on Str due to how it maths out, but at 300% str...

30% on every affix. I generally kill everything before it kills me. Some rifts it dies but its still fine. Ive seen it die 3 times and clear a 80 in 6.5minutes. It was a amazing rift though.

Literally just make Trash Pack like 8 and radius like 30. Shield Glare 8, Bombard 8, Iron Skin 1%. Thats all I change and do 80s. AR gems + Esoteric 87, Trapped 89, Thorns 88. And uncheck avoid aoe because it just makes it do nothing.

90% of the time it drops cons on nothing anyway its coded so shit shield glare wins hands down.

Other than turning off avoidance settings thats normal. It mainly does that for Hexing pants buff it just runs around like a derp. Idk its not an issue. Running 80s in 10m or less on average atm with it.

Yes Thorns on weapon. Ideally you get a Doombringer with Illusionary boots or Swiftmount with w/e boots(iceclimbers aren't bad) or Sunkeeper and Illusionary boots.

Finery is worth 3k str in my gear atm. Its way too much damage loss. I mean maybe for like 75-77 it wouldn't matter to lose finery, but you lose a lot of toughness as well losing that much str and only gaining a little more back with more uptime on law and losing damage in the process.

Just download .31 in the main trinity thread. It works perfectly for LoN running 80s atm. Set trash aoe to 8, trash cluster to 35, bombard to 8. Ironskin to 1%. I never see it not use bombard with iron skin and phys ring. It also casts bombard right before phys ring now which is better...
