Using a new modified Sarkoth profile on the second run I found Blackthorne Leggings, and freaked out. I immediately put it on the RMAH for 30 bucks. It sold minutes later, it turns out, I had gotten a really good pair of pants and probably could have gotten more.

It is undoubtedly Sarkoth... overnight I got about 130 Essences and 20 of the Rare ones, and one Legendary essence. No actual legendaries but still. Using the right item rules all it takes is time. My plan is to farm essences and when 1.0.3 comes out go on a crafting spree.
