I use a 1h xbow with 800 dps. Faster attack speed = better. You rape everything in 1-2 shots anyways.

I find that asking the buyer to send it as a gift, with a note saying "virtual goods received, no chargeback" usually works. Of course, I always ask them to pay first as well. Edit- And of course that won't work on RMAH.

IMO DH for gold farming. Might change to another class when MF'ing becomes possible in act 1 Inf. Monk seems promising with correct CC and profile.
