Quest Tools isn't a separate plugin anymore, it has been absorbed into Trinity. All the profiles you require to run the bot are also included in the folder:- Demonbuddy/Profiles/ P.S. Some things are still a little buggy after Necromancer Expansion patch release, but rifts should largely work...
