As long as you are killing elites, I find nemesis to be stronger, but I think it's close enough to vary from case to case depending on gear, para, exact settings etc. Once you start ignoring elites (84-85+), you'd want to switch out nemesis for strongarms, and sunkeeper for swiftmount. Also...

You can have keys in the stash it will still go and try to get an exp pool if it doesn't have enough bonus exp. The only reason i tied the exp pools farm to "Run Nephalem Rifts If No Keys Found" is because I wanted some convenient way to turn it off when i push with the bot :p
