Can I keep the battle.net loging thingy or I should uninstall it for botting?

Any suggestion to avoid been easily flagged? I actually plan to ran it when I have to take care of stuff. Like walking the dog. Or when my girl friend wants to watch a TV show. Stuff like that. It might run like 3 hours per day.
