I would wager for some kind of firewall. Never seen more than 1 attempt to Initialize Server Service. I do not see any kind of inbound/outbound rules in the Windows Firewall for my DB, I guess you are using something else for firewalling.

Have you got max spirit in your gear? I had to put some hard max spirit value into the combat routine because Trinity was not able to detect it correctly. Try to decrease the spirit reserve.
