The "catch Pokemon" option does not work right now, my guess would be it's because the bot time is an hour ahead of EST/PST/etc due to DST (Daylight Savings), so the bot checks an hour off and thinks the Pokemon is expired, so it prints a debug line in the text log and doesn't catch the Pokemon...

I don't get the bonus when I catch them manually right after 12 either after not running the bot for a few hours so I don't know what time it goes off of.

The appraisal system gives you a very accurate estimate of what the Pokemon's IV actually is, that's it's entire purpose. If you go off of that in-game, you can easily discard lower IV Pokemon very quickly, so doing the same with PF is not a flag for anything.

I've been meaning to reply to this for a few days now, but after analyzing the logs and watching the bot catch things and loot stops at the stroke of midnight, I've concluded that the bot actually does not support the daily bonus feature.

You're posting on an outdated thread. When this was posted they had in fact forced the new API. PF has since been updated to support it.

Instead of having to drag the map around yourself to see where your position is in PF, there should be a button or option you can press that will make the map follow your PF buddy around, so the Ultra Ball remains in the center of the map at all times and the map automatically scrolls around to...

I get literally hundreds of stops per hour because my area has dozens of them all over the place. Pokemon catches are around 100 or less an hour aside from the last couple days while the mass spawning event was going on.

I use PF with TeamViewer 11 and never have client side problems.
