So many questions! 1. HB is very different but you can make your own grind profiles very easily. Making questing profiles are hard work as since Cataclysm the quests often involves being on vehicles, changing form and so on. Kick has a good set of questing profiles that does level you to 85...

In this case, the ban caused D3 to dc and the bot was taken by surprise and crashed the client. So the ban caused the crash.

Thats very strange. No mention of "hacks" or "bots" in the email. Not sure what to make of that.
