Yes. And I'm only using the profiles included in the Demonbuddy default installation. To clarify the steps I've done, I've checked that there are no programs running listed in the known issues page, I've put the installation in my C drive, and I've tried messing with the settings for avoidance...

I start the nephalem rift profile and after it kills 1 or 2 groups of mobs it gets stuck and doesn't do anything. I have tried reinstalling and running on completely default settings, tried running multiple different types of rifts and it happens with all of them. No idea what's going wrong...
