okay well i can log onto the site with my phone, I have no idea why I'm having issues on my PC. I've uninstalled both Adobe reader / adobe flash and JAVA thinking that this could cause the issue. -

I'm unable to access the auth portal to retrieve my session license. I deleted my email that contained my key and relied on the website to be up to retrieve it. Any help with this situation would be greatly appreciated Thanks!
