Thanks for the input, but PoE is not minimized. I have it sitting in Windowed on my primary monitor. I also just tried disabling Windows Defender and Windows firewall and still netted the same results. I also tried putting Exilebuddy on the same monitor just for shits and giggles and it still...

I do have it set to dx9. If I leave it on dx11 Exilebuddy won't even find the process to attach to.

Anyone have any thoughts? I just purchased exilebuddy and can't use it. I would like to get this resolved. Thanks in advance for any support/help.
