Its running gr8t now win firewall was the problem, and i set the win update not to download updates but just to inform me that there are updates. just made 24 h run whit no problems

it seems to run much better now, turning off Win update and Win Firewall have helped alot. have had a 5 hour run whit a crash related to network as the only problem will report back when i have it running smooth again.

no just have to login again with DB I will try and tune it and my PC (turn off some things) and see what happens. Thx Tony but it must be something on my PC or Network i will post back with my findings ;)
