I managed to get exilebuddy working but now I keep getting this error

From what I've checked no none of them are installed. Here is what is installed.

Hey, guys I'm getting an error and crash on startup and I'm not sure what I installed wrong. Here is the error: I followed the prerequisite from the support thread and installed what was needed and I'm still getting this error. Can anyone help me with it?
