easy fix. Go into trinity and set "minimum trash mob pack size" to 1 the bot is ignoring those mobs because it below the threshold for it to engage the mob. I would only do this when doing zerg bounties as it will severely slow you down when rifting or doing anything else as it will kill...

With the recent changes to exp and nv stacks being multiplicative it would be nice to have a way to make the bot skip elites after it has reached 5 stacks.. I think this would really increase efficiency for me and would really like to see this option!

What mp are you running on? My barb has ~55k hp, under 600AR, just over 6k armor, and superstition. On mp10 sometimes it handles them fine and other times he gets 1 shot. I usually run on mp5 or 6 and I dont have any issues with them. In the last 10 hrs Ive had 0 deaths on mp5.

how about some real answers.. I switch the combat routine to an "optimized" one that I found posted and my xp/h has gone up slightly.. Right now I am averaging about 60m an hour on mp5.. I get a few deaths here and there because my connection spikes, but other than that its doing pretty well...
