Banned? Get PokemonGo (App) Refunds!
Google Play wouldn't refund at all. I went to my credit card company to dispute the charges with Niantic. Anything under $10 was refunded immediately, rest put on hold until Niantic responds. -

Option to making 90+ IV's immune to xfer
Basically what the title says, give us a tickbox to ignore any pokemon with a 90+ IV. -
