What are your settings like? I have tried 1/1/1/1/1/etc for all profiles in the list, but it still only tends to randomize only when starting and runs that profile until diablo instance is restarted because of crash or inactivity. Also, does Randomly add x Minutes option work for you...

Hmm... Random profilization still doesn't work (for me at least) unless the leader crashes/restarts to pick a new profile. Set up is done as described, 1 run limit on each one of the profiles. Also, if "Randomly add x Minutes" adds 0-30 minutes it doesn't work either, unless it does...

Sorry if this has been covered before, but the bot is still keeping some rare follower items and helms (seldom crusader shields). Is this just an issue with DB not evaluating these items correctly?
