The resume loop is still present for me, have you tried to see what happens if leader disconnects from a game? Moreover, does your followers all leave party correctly after a game?
Have you been running any rifts/bounties with the new simple follow? I've run into a couple of curious problems...
Some people, not me personally, want this feature as they're still running profiles for farming specific areas.
The future is of course going to be rifts/bounties, making these features obsolete.
Archon cooldown isn't being detected correctly or something. Not being used on C/d against elites. Seems to still think of it as a 120second c/d.
Using 100CD Archon rune w/ CDR gear.
My followers still seem to stay in party with Stay In Party unchecked hmm.
Currently the resume loop is caused by this logic right:
Leader in game -> Resume Game; Leader not in game -> Exit; repeat
Would it be possible to check for if leader is in party? i.e. Leader in party and in game...
YAR has been working perfectly for me as well. Most restarts I have come from inactivity, so it's really not a YAR problem but a profile/plugin one.

As expected, rifts were meant to be the goto for farming gear as blizz has always intended to be.
On one hand we can finally have people stop requesting useless/soon to be oudated features and plugins from devs, but on the other it brings some new challenges.

Bugs:
Wizard archon not used on c/d against elites with a lot of CDR gear.
Rift keystone fragments are not being picked up by the bot (if it's on the floor).

I could not care less for a system that transfers items to leaders. Why are we even on this subject?

You need to use MoveToActor in the profile instead.
i.e.
<MoveToActor questId="1" stepId="1" actorId="159575" isPortal="True" destinationWorldId="121214" x="169" y="718" z="-50" />

Minus the slow-mo and lag spikes, my DBs all exihibit the same problems as you. This is extremely apparent in any Core of Arreat profile.
A follower can actually just stop following and look confused, and try to path directly...

Also Game lags up like crazy (I'm assuming it's because they're spamming resume game) and failing to accept party invitation from leader.
Btw - Lately I've also gotten some errors like Error 3xxxxx, that operation is already being performed, dunno...

I've also encountered a problem where my followers would not leave party sometimes (Hence resulting in the resume/leave game loop)
I have looked in the profile used and StayInParty is omitted from all loadprofile parameters
Stay in Party is also unchecked in the plugin for all...
Patroling back and forth in Skycrown was seen today
Profile is just the Skycrown profile from your A3 compilation, just with game mode changed to OpenWorld.

Wait - is there a trinity profile tag for random loading that's not LoadOnce?
For example TrinityLoadOneOnly random=true {profile1, profile2, profile3}. Or are there better ways to nest the profile loading? Because this way I would need a super profile loader on top again right?
Oh, I've been just using your A3 profiles :P (Ghetto added Azmodan thats why it wasn't working)
So far, I've just noticed Keeps 2 and 3/Tower of damned (rare) patrolling behavior. I will put Keeps back into the rotation and attach logs when I see it again.
