Pointing out the obvious? How would i know what you have done and haven't? I would suggest trying something like this in settings: http://imgur.com/a/1BwZB My elite slider is moved lower to make sure it sticks to one elite at a time and not end up running around the map chain chasing them. -

Well since it works for me, you are clearly doing something wrong. My settings stay the way i put them, and i get 99% of the DB's that drop. What are you farming for? What class and build? I can try to post a pic of the settings i'd suggest, to see if it helps -

Reduce the trash trigger range in trinity then Also make sure "extend radius after combat" isnt checked. That works for me. I almost never miss a deaths breath and i run a 350%+ movement speed barb -

Increase the wait for loot delay? Also in settings under bot, you can find "looting radius". Though sometimes it jumps back to 50 for some reason. In the same as looting radius you can find combat looting. Not sure if it works, but its there -

Depending on the PC it also matters what els you have running. I'm using the newest DB beta and my PC is a few years old and i have about 20-30 FPS with the TPS limit slider set to max (30) CPU usage from botting is 15% WITH FB, Demonbuddy forum and a TV stream going on. One thing i know lags... -

BP ring wont work as intended if you have crit on your gear and with paragon. So if you got crit on gear, CoE is better. The fact is that both setups works about equally, the BP version was just a suggestion to an alternative gearing style. -

5th picture has sell salvage all rares.. That wont work if you want to use transmuting. also i'd check the item tab with what you have enabled in the Items-Pick up-Equipment pickup options, like Pick up White items ect -
