Can you try changing your devices default dns service to 1.1.1.1 and see if that resolves the issue. It's possible your isp might being something weird.

There currently isn't a way to set it as the default. Are you running some firewall that is blocking it? Most configurations I have seen have http3 fail instantly instead of the delay I am seeing with your log.
