Version 755 Fix some issues with updatebuddy dealing with locales

Rb will automatically remove the plugin from the folder if it is installed. Updates will occur automatically during login so you won't need to restart the bot when updating existing stuff.

Version 754 Multiple updates fixing issues with the WorkshopManager Updatebuddy will now prompt if it encounters a non-empty, non-git directory if it is ok to delete this directory and resume updating. This will occur if you had manually unzipped a directory from github.

New build adds another offset that lisbeth was relying on. Updatebuddy will be getting a little bit more work in a upcoming build to handle users who installed a repo manually -> it gets upset that theres a non empty folder. Still working on investigating a documentation system.
