It was semi-fixed but left out after a release. I have been in contact with Hawker and he has added the fix to the next release.

I haven't personally tested it with an Alliance toon, but as far as I know it does not run through any Horde towns in particular. Close to Thrallmar, but not where it will get you killed.

I hadn't had that problem, my toons are horde also, but I added it into the badnodes. I also updated a Nightmare Vine that is surrounded by a bajillion mobs. The new badnodes.xml is in the first post.
