The problem comes from the fact, if no rules are returning true for let's say "X" item, and you have 30 pickup rules, you'll have to iterate & evaluate 30 rules for in the end nothing. Same goes for item "Y" and "Z" and so on... The main idea with this was to change the way it was working...

If it checks before vendoring it's because a plugin asks for it (it doesnt scan twice in same area hash) so well...

AIF don't scan, it's bots themselves that do, suggest this to pushedx/exvault. Ive tried myself to refrain scanning during breaches, no hiccup so far but no noticeable improvements.
