I suspect some people to not install plugins properly.... reinstall aif, delete your aif settings, retry.

You shouldnt, Ever, EVER unzip plugins files directly into the 3rdParty folder, those files have to be in a sub-folder named after the plugin you're trying to use, e.g. : - Installing AdvancedItemFilter? - Check if the .zip file doesn't contain a folder called "AdvancedItemFilter" already...

AIF/ComLib handles Quad tabs, the only unsupported tab is the divination cards one.

Update both plugins.
