I was using 5850CF with default overclock settings(which is no overclocking), and I still get the freezing issues, but not so often,it just happens every 1 or 2 days

And the bans could probably related to the authenticator, say if you bot with multiple accounts on one computer then how can you get every account an authenticator? Since most people just uses one cellphone. My point is, Blizzard could first check if you have an authenticator, if you do then...
