If you have 3 accounts on one battle.net and wow account 1 is banned. WoW account 2 and WoW account 3 should be fine. Blizzard says they take action on the account in violation of the TOU, not the account holder or battle.net account.

it is ok to leave your character on 24/7 Blizzard done have a program that checks how long people have been on and instant bans them when they get like 3 days straight :P They just look into it if somebody reports you but if you get a shit load of plugins ur fine :P
