I'll be honest the biggest thing I've noticed is when people who farmed one thing specifically with a toon...switch zones/items farmed. Sounds crazy.... but there it is.

Yea it was just a culling. Everyone who got caught up in it and had been banned/susp before is probably screwed right now. I doubt those were unbanned.
