which profile for inferno do you recommend?

don't think I didn't do some reading. The problem is I'm 60, I have some OK gear to farm Gold, but not to farm Inferno Act 2 or 3. So hence my question what profile on Hell, would be great to farm Gold.

also in order to use ciggarc profiles I need to have inferno cleared or what? I haven't completed like everything.
