i responded to you. That Combat action you where talking about already exists :D i even think some CC?s have blink for moving as well bt you have to activate it in the setings.

Mages already do blink in combat if they get in melee range.

I have never completed the hyjal quest chain so i didn?t know about the drakes, i have one char that is on the way to complete them i will look it up and se if there is a way to avoid the drakes. Other then that i have to recommend to farm with the quests uncompleted as you have less mobs in...
